How it works
What unlimited actually means
Unlimited requests means you can send as many as you like and the queue never closes. It does not mean everything gets made at once. On Basic and Advanced we work one job at a time. On Premium we work two. You decide the order, you can reshuffle it whenever you want, and the next job starts when the one above it ships.
In practice that changes how you brief. Instead of saving up a pile of work and asking for it all in one week, you keep a running list and we move down it. Businesses that get the most out of this are the ones with a steady monthly flow: a social set, a deck, a landing page, a product sheet. Businesses that need eight things by Friday are better served by a per-project quote, and we will say so.
Revisions are unlimited too, and they sit in the same queue. A job is not finished until you say it is finished.

Honest limits
What this is not
It is not a rush service. One job at a time on Basic and Advanced, two on Premium. If your deadline needs four things finished in parallel, the queue will not bend for it and we would rather tell you before you subscribe.
It is not web development. We design landing pages. Building, hosting and maintaining a site is separate work, and Lesgo Media handles that side.
It is not copywriting or media buying. Send us the words and the brief. If you need the strategy behind the words, that sits with strategy consulting, and ad management with paid ads.
Motion and video are Premium only. Not a partial allowance on the lower tiers. It is either in your plan or it is not.
If your volume is genuinely low, do not subscribe. A flat fee only makes sense when you use it. We would rather quote you per job than take a monthly fee for one request.

How much does a design subscription cost in Malaysia?
Ours starts at RM1,899 a month for Basic, RM2,799 for Advanced and RM4,999 for Premium. One flat fee, unlimited requests and revisions, no per-job quoting.
Is unlimited really unlimited?
The number of requests is. The number worked on simultaneously is not: one job at a time on Basic and Advanced, two on Premium. Everything else waits in a queue you control.
How quickly can I start?
Send your first request within 24 hours of signing up. No onboarding project, no kickoff workshop you have to sit through first.
Do I get the source files?
Yes. Source files are delivered, not held back as leverage. What we make for you is yours.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Cancel or switch anytime. Changes apply from the next cycle.
